  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Systems, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • During the training period, candidates must have a functional laptop and an Android mobile phone.
  • Provide initial technical support for technology products and software services.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with software onboarding and usage.
  • Collaborate with senior support staff to resolve more complex issues.
  • Document customer inquiries and solutions.
